Our shipping policy is pretty straightforward and includes:

• Domestic and international shipping options - We ship only within the United States at this time. 
• Local delivery options - Local delivery is handled just like any other shipping order. USPS, UPS, or Fedex will be used.
• In-store pickup options- You can choose in-store pickup and we'll get your order ready for pickup at one of our stores. If the items you order are in-stock in the pickup store, your order will be ready same-day if ordered before 5pm, or next-day if you order after 5pm.  If the items are in-stock in the other store, please allow up to 48 hours for us to transfer the items to the correct store for you to pick up. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. 
• Shipping costs - Shipping costs will be included in your order total. In-store pickup is free. Orders that ship will be billed according to weight and size. 
• Carriers used - We us USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The lowest cost provider will be used for your order. 
• Processing times - Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Our shipping department is open Tuesday through Saturday, and these are the days we count as "Business days" 

RETURNS

Here at Extreme Velocity, we pride ourselves on having reasonable and commonsense policies when working with our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us first. We may be able to do even more than our policy allows depending on the situation. 

Now, here's the written policy:

Extreme Velocity backs the full manufacturer's warranty for almost every item we sell. If you have any problems, just come by one of our stores and we will get you fixed right up! See store for exceptions.
Returns (with the exception of paintballs, paintball guns, and airsoft guns) are accepted within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt, and will be refunded as credit, exchange, or as the same payment type as the original transaction.
Returned/exchanged merchandise needs to have original packaging, all included accessories, and must show no signs of wear.
Returns/exchanges on guns will only be accepted within 14 days of original purchase and may be be returned for in-store credit.
Special orders and custom items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
